Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours on business days. In exceptional cases, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.

During public holidays, sample production periods, or special events, order processing may be delayed. Any changes to our dispatch schedule will be announced in advance on our website.

Shipping Timeframes

Actual delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected:

Southeast Asia: Approximately 7–14 business days
Europe & United States: Approximately 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to monitor delivery status.

Undelivered & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
